Dear Mr. Crosby,

On behalf of New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, thank you for your support of our Wine and Dine event on April 11th. Through your generosity, the event raised $100,000 to directly benefit our hospital's Cancer Program. This will impact our continued efforts to provide innovative programs such as the Integrative Therapies Program, design to improve the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of our patients and their caregivers.

The evening was overwhelmingly successful with well over 400 guests in attendance, representing local business, physicians, politicians and other supporters enjoying the finest cuisine and wines in the Hudson Valley. You were amongst thirty-three local restaurateurs and wine merchants who graciously donated valuable time, food and wine to provide our guests with a wonderful evening.

Once again, thank you for your valuable role in helping to raise funds for the New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital Cheryl R. Lindenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. Your ongoing support of the hospital will ensure that our patients and their loved ones have access to the highest quality medical care in the region.

Sincerely yours,
Stacy Petrower

Thank you so much once again for the wonderful feast we always have!

Dear Mr. Turco,

I am sure you are aware of the great employees you have at your store, but it is always nice to hear it from a loyal customer. I have been shopping at Turco's for many years and have always been pleased with the quality and variety of your products and the customer service your staff provides. Recently I was in your store on a Wednesday during lunch time and was purchasing lunch for myself and four friends at the pizza department. I was totally frazzled with the list of requests my friends had given me regarding pizza and paninis. The young lady and two gentlemen working there were very friendly, patient and helpful with my requests and questions. I am sure I made them crazy but they were polite and able to assist me and provided the customer service I have always appreciated from your staff. I did ask for their names and they should be commended for representing your store, Turco's, in a courteous  and professional manner.

Thank you to Jesus, Conroy and Elaine for a job well done!

Thank you so much for the pasta salad that you donated to the Yorktown Community Nursery School for the Art Festival on May 9th. Everyone gobbled up the salad while walking around reviewing the artwork that the children had worked so hard on the last few months. Thank you again for your support.

Kind Regards,
Yorktown Community Nursery School

Greetings Mr. Turco,
Please extend our thanks and compliments to your catering department for the delicious roasted turkey breast the staff prepared for Soundview Preparatory School’s Thanksgiving luncheon on November 22nd -- all twenty pounds! It was a huge hit and everyone commented on how well prepared and moist the meat was! We’ve always enjoyed your sandwiches and platters for school functions and will now add your holiday turkey to our selection.
Thank You,
Margarita Vatis
Communications Director
Soundview Preparatory School

I've enclosed a few bios from our graduates. They tell us these dogs mean the world to them, that their lives have been transformed.

Dear Mr. Turco,

As the 2015-2016 school year draws to a close, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you for providing the students of the Pine Bridge Transitions Program with the opportunity to work at your site. As you know, a large component of the program is the ability to provide our students realistic settings in which to learn, practice and generalize appropriate work, behavior, social and communication skills. These skills are the best taught in evironments that mirror the real world. The sense of pride and achievement our students gain by participating in true-life situations cannot be obtained by working in those that have been simulated.

Again, thank you for your generosity, patience and understanding. I hope that our students have been able to give back to you some of the joy and fulfillment that you have given to them. We look forward to working with you again next year.

Csilla B. Mate
Pines Bridge School

On behalf of the Board of Directors from the Yorktown Teen Center and the teens that walk through your doors, please accept our sincere thanks to you and Turco's for your generous donation. Our raffle night was an enormous success and would not have been possible without your support.

Thank you again,
The Yorktown Teen Center

Recently I had the opportunity to order a catering menu from Joe in the Catering Department.

First, I must say how pleasant, professional, helpful, courteous and informative he was. Calling from Dallas, Texas I was concerned about placing a large order based on a website but Joe continued to assure me all was good.

When I arrived in NY and stopped at the store, I had the pleasure to meet and talk very briefly with Joe (the store was busy) and again, impressed with not only what I saw but the manner in which the entire staff handled themselves. I stopped by the deli counter and got additional product.

The we took with us was set up and there was certainly more than enough on the platters, the delivered product arrived on time, the staff helped insure what was ordered was delivered and again, more than ample food to go around. I guess I should have listened to Joe and not my inner self on how much to order.

All the food was delicious, prepared well, served beautifully on platters and make quite a table scape. I want to express my appreciation to Joe and others that helped me that order easy, pleasant, secure and above all, a success. It was a job well done, kudos to all and more than that, the sincere heartfelt appreciation from me to help make the celebration a success.

From Dallas, Texas,
With thanks,
Paul Goldberg

Dear Mr. Turco,

Dear Evelyn and Preston,

Words cannot express my appreciation for the extraordinary effort you put into making Kim’s birthday the best party we ever had! You pulled it together in such a short time. It’s a miracle! Thank you.

Much Love,

I don’t usually write letters like this, but your Sweet and Hot Sausaged are so good, I had to send you my compliments. My girlfriend introduced me to your sausage while I was visiting her.

To explain: I live in central New Hampshire and my girlfriend lives in Cortland Manor. I love your sausage so much that now, every time I come down to see my lady, I bring a cooler and purchase several pounds of each type to bring home.

By far, your sausage is the best Italian style I have ever had. To say that I enjoy your product would be an understatement!

A Very Happy Customer,

Dear Mr. Turco,

I recently won your raffle for the three-foot wedge. My family and I enjoyed it last week and I just wanted to thank you!

I also wanted to commend a few of your employees. When I came in to make arrangements for picking up the wedge, Teri, your front end managers (always busy!), walked me right over to your deli/catering person, Charlie. Both Teri and Charlie exemplify the “Turco Way” for both were efficient, gracious and most accommodating.

Thanks again! My wife and I look forward to continued shopping at Turco’s!

Thank you so much for the fabulous job you did on catering my party yesterday. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Joe, in catering, took great care of me throughout the planning process. Thank you for sending over the delicious cheese cakes and tiramisu. Everyone raved about them, the salmon and the filet. Kenny said the hot dogs were the best little hot dogs he has ever had! Thanks again. We were very proud to serve everything.

I want to thank you for the extra special catering items you provided for Debbie’s party Sunday and all the “extras” you sent along. It was all delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone was quite impressed. My husband said that your little hot dogs were the best he has ever had! Thanks again. We were very proud to serve everything.

I want to let you know how pleased I was with the catering we ordered from Turco’s Yorktown for my daughter’s birthday on May 30th.

Everything was presented nicely, the hot food was hot and was delivered on time. The gourmet breads were so fresh, and 1/4  sheet birthday cake was a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach!

This isn’t my first catering experience with Turco’s and it won’t be my last!

With appreciation,
Chris Silverstein

With Thanksgiving nearing, I wanted to say how thankful of your store in our area. There’s quality, freshness in produce, meat, dairy, as well as courtesy and professionalism throughout your store, which only means happy employees which translates into happy customers.

Every area of your departments shines out even your Pizza Department. With a caliber store like yours, you did not ignore importance of that arena. Very smart on your part for our young generation to grow up and learn about quality pizza which lead to quality adult foods.

My teenage children can go to any pizza establishment in the neighborhood but they always ask for Turco’s Pizza. Your Pizza staff are not only friendly but obviously know how to pull together a gourmet pizza department as well. My husband and my children usually are greeted by a gentleman named Frank, that is what my children and husband call him, and we absolutely love his pizzas, garlic knots, for an upscale store that satisfies every family member in every age group. Pizza anyone?!?!

Happy Thanksgiving to you, your family and your family of employees!!

Mrs. S. Wang

This past May as I was planning my son’s high school graduation party I was a little overwhelmed when my son requested his party be held at home. I wanted to have the gathering at a restaurant so I would be able to enjoy the special event myself.

A co-worker of mine suggested your establishment and after viewing your ad for catering at home I went to your Yorktown Heights location and met with one of your employees, Jerry Heistm.

I explained to Jerry my concerns about having my son’s graduation party at home and he helped me plan what turned out to be a wonderful memorable day. Jerry first suggested a staff of servers that turned out to be top notch and also helped me with every detail from appetizers to ice. There was not one item needed for me to get from a different location of business. I took advantage of your delivery service which also made things run quite smooth that day.

My sixty guests were quite impressed with the party and detail I had but it was truly with the help of Jerry Heidstm and your catering staff. Please pass on my gratitude to Mr. Heidstm he was certainly the reason for my son’s graduation party to be a complete success.

Thank you again,
E. Ahern

Just wanted to tell you what a lovely store you have. You keep me and my family happy with the variety of food your store provides.

I enjoy getting food at your store for the never failing quality it delivers. Your store gives quality and variety and I am pleased to say that I love your pizza selection too. My husband and children ask for pizza only from your store and I’m happy to accommodate them. Make it easy for me with one stop shopping to satisfy the whole family. Whatever you are doing to maintain the quality of service and goods, keep on doing it. Please don’t change the pizza, vegetable rolls and garlic knots. They are our favorites. With Thanksgiving nearing, I wanted to say how thankful for your store in our area.
